Our stay at this hotel in Seville was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, and from the moment we walked in, the beautiful signature scent created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless.
The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning.
The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again.

Great hotel and great location. Our room was not perfect as water came out from the shower and the water pressure was equivalent to Niagara Falls. But the hotel overall is good. Sometimes my room smelled weird. Breakfast was very nice and so was the staff.

Great staff and beautiful room. The location was very central to all the desired sites. I would recommend this hotel.
