8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
I liked how housekeeping was on point everyday, the staff tried to help us out with our requests about details. What i didnt like was the tv and how i was unable to stream from my phone/device to the tv as the channels provided were bad as half of them were just news channels. Had youtube and netflix button, but none of them were avaliable

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Connect to Gateway Mall or Harbor City which is the main luxury shopping malls in Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
A lot to see and shop yet we can take a few minutes ferry across Victoria Harbor to explore Hong Kong Island.
Love the location of this hotel

The hotel is centrally located with direct access to Harbour City shopping mall. There are plenty of food and shopping options, close to subway station (Tsim Sha Tsui). All of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay, the room was clean (although the interior was a little dated).
