The hotel is definitely an older hotel that has been remodeled. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was pretty good, they do need to improve on keeping it stocked. Overall, it was fine for the price. Not great, but fine.

We stayed here one night on our way to Florida. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was filthy. I called down to the front desk which was not working. They ended up coming to our room. I had them remove a dead cockroach and the floors were filthy. There was food that had not been cleaned up by the refrigerator that we did not use. She then proceeded to tell me that they had just sprayed the unit. And we have our dog with us. That should have been told beforehand or I would never have taken that room. My dog got sick the nx morning & still not eating much. Overall, we had a okay experience.Except for the filthiness in our room. They did not offer to switch our room out or give us a full refund. Unfortunately, the next time we're in this area, we will not pick this best.Western.

Very comfortable. Evening receptionist was very pleasant and smiling. Very welcoming after I had had a long travel day. Morning checkout receptionist didn’t smile.
