Loved the entryway with the water fountain. It was a long walk to the elevator for guests, however, everything was very clean. Our room was great. We arrived late and were quite weary from travel. A welcoming smile from the person working the desk would have been helpful or even some direction about parking or how to find elevators. Parking was limited as it seemed to be a busy evening. Maybe the worker, who was alone, was tired and overwhelmed from the many people coming in that night. She was, however, very efficient.

Double beds are indeed double, not queen as reported when I called hotel to verify.
Breakfast server Tennessee was wonderful.

Everything was great but the mattress. It felt like you were sleeping on a board. Other than that it was a great place to stay!
