Residence Inn Sunnyvale Silicon Valley I

It’s an older property but it’s well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Inn Sunnyvale Silicon Valley I! This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is convenient, the views are lovely, and breakfast was included. Our room was incredibly spacious — more like a small townhouse than a regular hotel room. It had two floors, a full kitchen, three TVs, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, dishes, plates, and many thoughtful kitchen supplies, including dishwasher detergent. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and the shower had great water pressure. Overall, the value was excellent. Most importantly, we want to give special recognition to Dominic at the front desk. He was one of the most professional, responsible, and genuinely caring hotel staff members we have ever met. We hoped to stay near the pond because our children wanted to watch the Canadian geese, and Dominic went above and beyond to help us find the right room. He patiently showed us the map, helped us compare options, and truly cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable. Even at checkout, he thoughtfully asked how we liked the room and whether everything worked out well. That kind of service is rare and memorable. Dominic truly makes this hotel shine. I sincerely hope management recognizes his outstanding work with the raise, promotion, bonus, or formal recognition he truly deserves. We are very happy to give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star review and will definitely recommend it to others!
