For the price the hotel was good. I had a room on the top floor with a view of the lake. The bathroom was clean, but as usual, Asian style with no barrier between the shower and toilet. But that's not unusual. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and a decent coffee maker. Location good not far from restaurants and the lake for a stroll.

The hotel was comfortable but basic. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, just in the common areas. Free buffet breakfast included was basic - advertised testaurant was only open for breakfast.
Hotel was in a quiet area but I think they were doing some renovations as there was a lot of hammering and banging during the day.

Is this property build for children only? The chairs in the breakfast room are like 2/3rds height and the sinks in the room’s bathroom was also about 2/3rds the height of the standard bath sink and the light was behind a person standing at the sink. Had to shave my face in the shadows. Is there no building code in Phayao?
