I would stay here again when I am in Chicago. The only issue I had was a faint sewer smell in my room that cane and went throughout my stay. I was only in my room at night so I wasn’t sure if it smelled that way during the day. I informed the front desk. Other than that this was a perfect quiet convenient location.

I had a horrible encounter with the valet service. But the staff at the hotel made it right by addressing the incident promptly.

It was a nice hotel in a nice location. It was just a block away from Michigan Ave. and right by Trader Joe's and several bars and restaurants. The room was big and clean and it came with a mini fridge and espresso machine. The shower was huge and there was plenty of warm/hot water. There was also a couch to sit on and an extra storage cabinet. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions.
