My girlfriend and I checked in. The front desk staff was super friendly upon check in. The room was spacious. I recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay with the downtown experience. I will definitely stay at hotel G again.

Welcoming staff. Parking is next door which is super convenient. Hotel room felt like a nice studio in New York with concert floors which made it feel oddly cleaner. Although it’s by the tenderloin, there are many options to shop, eat, and grab drinks.
Overall, it was a pleasant surprise and would highly recommend staying here!

I really liked the hotel and staff. Everyone is enthusiastic, helpful and courteous. The hotel is clean and well-appointed but in the midst of updating. Only one working elevator when we were there but that didn’t cause any undue delays for us. I would recommend adding a spare blanket to the closet for guests that might feel the need for a bit of extra warmth at night or just some added heft to the bedding. Super location to many venues and superb fine dining in downtown SF.

The hotel was nice and our room was surprisingly large. The elevator did break at one point and we had to go up nine floors to our room using the stairs, but it was fixed shortly. The location is fabulous!
