Nice pool, seemed well maintained.
Room was clean but chairs were worn.
Bed was fine.
The included breakfast was only toast and coffee. A few pieces of bread were available as was a toaster.
They should not say, “breakfast included.”
They should say, “coffee and toast included.”
If you walk under the overpass, there is a wonderful coffee shop and bakery on the right.

Everything was clean and efficient. The only change I would suggest is to replace the bath tub mat that was stained and old.
