When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful.

Breakfast was fine -- right on time at 6 am. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only problem was that the toilet didn't flush. We obtained a plunger from the front desk but it didn't resolve the problem.
