The hotel was incredible and the new redesigned rooms were beautiful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were extremely helpful and positive. I just wish the pool area was better managed.
There were young children swimming in the hot tub with swim diapers , parents too busy taking tik tok videos of themselves to notice their kids in the pool... There shouldn't be infants in the hot tub but the parents were bringing all ages of kids into the scalding water and it was extremely unsafe. We finally left after a family ignored their daughter in the hot tub long enough that she almost passed out and then the dad walked her to the side, had her sit at a table and then went back to the hot tub. I was highly disappointed and very concerned for these children. Young children should not be in a hot tub.

The room was great. The hotel and rooms are starting to look a bit dated and show some wear and tear.
