The saying "you get what you for" applies here. Because the only thing that negated this overnight visit was an odor. Possibly smoke. I then woke up in the morning needing to cough and air out the room, so the distinct smell was less profound. Another observation was the tub. I can tell that it has been used quite a bit. A replacement is likely needed in the near future.
Besides these two things no other issues. Semi recent renovation that makes justifies the price.

The place has everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Ample food options within a walking distance. Proximity to Natic mall was an added advantage.

The room was in good condition and clean. The air-conditioner would only work a few minutes but I was comfortable. The safe did not work at all. Everything else was OK.

This was a quiet and pleasant place to stay, in the midst of a larger city. I had an ADA room and was happy with the bench seat in the tub, hand held shower and many grab bars. The parking was right in front so it was easy access with my luggage from the car. We were pleasantly surprised with the daily housekeeping. There are places to eat nearby. I will definitely stay here again
