Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was served fresh. Person who was working in breakfast room was giving excellent service.

The hotel was a surprise. We were only here for a night so it worked for us. No elevator. Stairs. The guy at the desk was very helpful and understanding. Beds were comfortable and the extra pillows were great. The shower pan needs to be replaced. Very old and crummy looking.

I definitely don't like the virtual attendant that you talk through on a screen opposed to a live person.
Which is what others have complained about.
But the room was very clean, great amenities, great location. I would definitely stay here again.
