8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the fresh flowers made it feel especially welcoming. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room.
The breakfast service was excellent, but the food was good.
The views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria from both the room and the bar on the fifth floor were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Property was in a fabulous location.
Staff extremely helpful and attentive.
Our room was massive but was let down by lack of view from balcony and the smell of smoke in the room. Sadly the hotel has little control of ignorant guests smoking in non-smoking rooms!!!!

Beautiful, well located hotel with Lladró pieces decorations. Cozy and good restaurant for breakfast. Great service at the front desk.
