Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.

Staff very good polite and helpful. Good breakfast, reasonable sized room although balcony small, two people could not sit on together (room 450?) Grounds lovely and well maintained.

Daily room service - beds, cleaning, etc. was excellent - congratulations and thanks to our designated member of staff (room 430)
All service within the hotel was very prompt and efficient.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes.
One improvement - additional complementary bathroom items would have been useful, especially a shower cap.
Thank you - I would definitely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The hotel is attractively set in large grounds. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and had a small balcony. Every single member of staff we met was welcoming. They went out of their way to engage with us and help -this included the reception, bar & dining and housekeeping staff. The breakfast area was calm and well managed with a good range of options. We chose to take our evening meals in the Terrace Bar. There was a large range of options to choose from and the staff were very helpful - especially Amy who served us very professionally most nights.
