Really polite staff couldn’t do any more for you excellent day. John the Bell manager was so helpful and friendly couldn’t meet a nicer guy. Cameron in the restaurant excellence service and very helpful.

The hotel was great, clean and nice facilities but the sofa bed in our room let the stay down, it wad so uncomfortable. Even my daughter who isn’t very big kept waking up and so we ended up taking shifts between that and the main bed. Worst night’s sleep in a long time I’m afraid!

The rooms and communal areas are fitted out to a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming and professional. The only thing to leave a sour taste is the £15 parking charge.
