Not a fan of how their kitchen/bathroom combo layout is. Also there was no microwave. I think a microwave would be more beneficial than a lockbox.

Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and the beach is exceptional. Convenient location. Walkable to Whaler’s Village.

First off kudos to the Royal Lainaina Resort for their commitment to our community. They were one of the first properties housing .Lahaina residents after the fire. This is our 3rd stay at this property since July. Rooms we'll maintained. Food is delicious. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
