8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
For an older hotel in downtown Windsor, the price was right, it was well maintained with clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, and comfortable common areas. All staff were welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable providing good recommendations for restaurants and points of interest to check out. Amber at check-in was especially accommodating in resolving a noise complaint during our first night there. When I asked about the workout room, the housekeeping Manager took me directly there herself versus telling me where to go. Nice customer service!!

We had a nice huge room with a jacuzzi tub in the corner - very romantic!
The breakfast the next morning had lots of hot and cold choices for any appetite 😄
We went for the Tom Jones concert at Casino Windsor and it’s a very short, straight forward walk, about 10-15 minutes! It’s our go-to hotel now for future concerts 👍
