Clean room and the hallways always had a fresh clean scent. Only downside is the stairway to the parking deck was full of trash and bad odor

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was one stray hair (that was not mine) on the bathroom floor and apparently, dried chocolate syrup on the table. It was a bit noisy, though I was 2 rooms away from the ice machine. It was a nice stay overall. Though, I've had much better stays at other Westin properties.

First room received the tub/shower was clogged and receptor not functioning properly called and asked for new room the second concierge obliged and gave the welcome bag when advised I was Hilton honor member,the first concierge very rushed
