Everything during my stay was fine. BUT 3 weeks later I have a charge from the hotel for the $50 hold and am getting the run around getting it back. I have my itinerary number, but the hotel will only recognize my reservation number....not the same thing.

The breakfast was very good and a reasonable price. Staff was very nice as well. Pool area was very clean and welcoming. It was just an older hotel.

The hotel is in a desperate need of remodeling. Room had 2 doors uneven so closing or opening them was a hassle. Our room had a shower and the door didn’t close completely. Bathroom faucet spins. 1 ice machine in the first floor, we had to go down the stairs to get some ice. The staff was nice and polite.
