the rooms could be cleaner, the rug was not as clean, and my bed sheets had blood stains, and needed to be changed. The people who came to change them, one was very polite but the other was quite rude.

Very clean and modern hotel within a very short walk of the city centre and the station. Breakfast was superb and the room was great.

Would rate 4.5, only thing that was slightly awkward was the layout of the bathroom in our room. Otherwise as mentioned by others AC is limited to 22 degrees, which could be cooler when it's 30+ outside. However breakfast was decent, staff generally helpful and amenities plentiful with water and coffee available 24/7.
Location is great as well so overqlltfor the price we paid pretty good value for money.
