This hotel offers so much with your stay, and I would absolutely reserve here again. The staff was amazing — so polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests.
I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism.
Shout-out to Chin and everyone else who helped me during my stay. Between the great service, everything included, and how well we were treated, all I can say is this hotel was great in almost every way. Highly recommend!

very easy check in and all of the staff was extremely friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was well maintained, organized and fully stocked with towels. The free dinner, snack & soda service was a huge bonus! Breakfast was good too! Hot buffet and a nice variety. The one and only thing was the elevators were super slow, but that really didn’t bother me much as we took the stairs mostly. Hotel is 2 min from a gas station, walmart & academy sports! Mall is across the highway! Theres several nice restaurants in walking distance also! Perfect & safe location. Definitely a must stay, very budget friendly hotel. My kids LOVED it & We’ll be returning!
