Was in town for the weekend and was on a budget. Loved the price, location and service. The building itself was a bit dated. The room itself was clean and spacious. My major complaint would be noise. The walls were super thin and the noise from the hallways carried in.
Would still recommend- just play some tv or music from your phone to cancel out any residual noise.

Super easy check in for a nice, clean room. I travel a lot and basically just needed a place to crash for a few hours, so it was perfect.
