Everything was exceptional except it was a little too cold in the restaurant and lobby area. Otherwise, wonderful experience. I really appreciate staff accommodating my significant other before my arrival to the hotel. He said the staff were wonderful! I will be back. Also, please cha get the pillows the bed was comfy but the pillows suck.

The out door balcony seating service was extremely slow. Served coffee with no spoon to stir it. When I got the spoon coffee was tepid. Asked for a cup
If hot water and was given a take out paper cup I was still eating at the time
