Very helpful staff,i forgot my passport in the airport shuttle and they got it back in some hours,they let me bring friends for dinner.Reasonable prices.comfortable beds.Excelent ubication in Kadikoy,you can get to the main attractions easily,its near the metro ,bus ,airport shuttles and ferry stops
