Hotel has a group of very nice and friendly staff members, very helping and welcoming.. I liked their readiness to support and make our stay easy and enjoyable! I will recommend this hotel to every person who would be traveling to Brussels.

Great staff, easy check in, also able to leave luggage after check out for a few hours since our flight wasn’t until later in the day. Very accommodating

The room was clean, but there was no phone and the TV and air conditioner didnt work. The stairs to the tiny lift were unsafe as handrails were lacking and my 87 year old mother fell. The front desk wasn't concerned thst this had occurred. No report was filed, but there's a reason why the hotel was do much cheaper. The lift was too small to accommodate more than 1 guest with luggage.
