The room with the spa was amazing! Staff was great and extremely helpful. Only downside was no hotel bar on site.

First, you have to pay additional 9.9BD "accomodation fee" on top of payment to Expedia which sounded unfamiliar at least for me.
The area is a kind of deserted.
They don't prepare towels well for you.
