We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort.

The staff were outstanding and very friendly. My wife has a problem with breathing and the first room provided meant she had to climb a few steps to get to the lift and then walk a distance on the corridor to access the room. The people there noticed that on the first day and offered a room which was right next to the lift and did not need her to walk far - amazing , thoughtful service.
This is more a hotel with suites for families and that is why we went with my daughter and family so it is geared towards services and entertainment for children and it does that very well.
