Very helpful, pleasantly sweet staff members who spoke multiple languages. The breakfast included in the mornings were perfect, tasty, and plentiful. You never went a moment without seeing service staff cleaning the rooms/hallways, etc. or maintaining the vending machines. Front desk was very helpful and efficient in their processes. Very "cute" hotel - not too flashy but not too grungy either. The pool area is also very nice and relaxed (get the hot-tub part working again, and y'all have a near perfect stay at Copacabana). Also, view from the roof is worth the price of the room itself. Great for locals and especially those traveling from abroad for the 1st time.
