Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had snacks and water bottles as there is no place to refill water. The continental breakfast was nice. Lobby clean and orderly while welcoming. Temperatures were easy to control in the bedrooms.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, especially the complimentary water, popcorn, and cookies. Those little extras made us feel welcomed and added a personal touch that you don’t always get at hotels.
The service truly made this hotel stand out. It’s not often you come across a team that consistently goes the extra mile, and that made a big difference during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of downtown with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!
