“Very clean place and in a perfect location, with groceries nearby. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The price was great for the value. Would definitely recommend!”

Very nice, clean, gig balcony, AC and a gorgeous view of the city. It was well furnished, with a functioning kitchen, big fridge and freezer. It was easy to follow the instruction to access the room, even at night and had several seciruty features to access the building, elevator and room. Only downsides (very minor) : it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for a two rooms app for a week and 1 kitchen garbage bag. Well situated if you are going to Université Laval for a couple of days. Would go back anytime.

Great for a big family stay! We were there for one night only but if wed stayed longer, everything would have been there to enjoy the stay!
