The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them.
The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. I could not get the TVs to accept the HDMI cable so that we could watch the premium channels that we own. The cover on the couch needs to be washed and put on correctly. The kitchen floor had not been mopped. I used some cleaning towels given to me by the manager to clean the floors because the mop she offered me was so filthy it would not have cleaned anything at all. The carpet needed a good vacuuming. The problems were minor and did not diminish the good stuff much at all, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying again when we come back to Michigan.
