Consider serving breakfast earlier on weekends for sport and fairgrounds events

This property punches far above its weight. Arriving, it almost seems like it wants to be hidden from view. I could have gone right by. Inside the staff is very warm and accommodating. The reception, hallways, breakfast room and my individual room were updated and clean. My room had very recent furniture including a super comfortable office chair - much appreciated. Television was good sized and very recent. I will stay there again next visit to Jacksonville. And it's very economical. Can't beat that.

Rooms were extremely clean. Location is convenient from restaurants. Plentiful options in breakfast.

Room was clean. They need to put a sign up so people know to turn a dial for the jets in the tub but other than that it was perfect!
