Staff was very helpful. Parking is well loaded. Very nice around area!
But...
Brackfest rate of value was very low as price was high, but choice was poor.
Air conditioner wasn't working, it's wasn't possible to switch it on.
In any case the general impression was good.

Amazing stay, amazing staff and clean rooms. Wanted to give five stars, but the only thing lacking was ironing boards in the rooms. Have to go downstairs to an “ironing room” which is jarring

The team were Brilliant - The rooms and hotel were spotless. Breakfast was good. Having no food was a pain.

Very nice, spacious and clean room with AC. Super helpful staff at the desk who helped us with parking and AC in the room (ac turns off when windows are opened). Also great location and walkable to the city centre.
