The staff were kind but a little out to lunch. We asked where the room was and she said room 225 was on the 3rd floor. The room its self was very clean and looked freshly remodeled. My only complaint was the matress. We had 2 queen beds and they were both spring beds that creaked and you sank to the bottom of the frame

Got there late, deep into the night. Doors were locked, properly, signage stated the office closed at a certain time.
Just when I was about to search for who to call, the nighttime attendant came out to check us in.
Perfect.
The coffee was great.
Thank you Hometown Red Roof Inn Puyallup.
