Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the old town so we could walk everywhere.
Room was rather dated and small with clear signs of wear. The bathroom was small but met our needs. As we were only sleeping there and not spending time in the room, the location made up for any shortcomings. All in all it was good value for the location.
Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the breakfast.

As a solo traveller looking to explore Frankfurt, the room was great for what I needed. The breakfast buffet available had a nice spread, and there were ample places around if you wanted to try something different. As well, being a 5 minute walk away from both the river area and the shopping district was amazing! For those heading to Frankfurt, I highly recommend!

Location of this hotel is amazing. Price is great. English was no problem at all. The staff had our room ready a couple of hours early.
