Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes will remain the same as we've loved for years!

Another great stay. The hot pool is rad. It is super mega to have the bar and restaurant on-site! Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hot pool never disappoints. Comfortable bed, in room mini fridge and microwave are welcome amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat the drink specials and $1 shrimp at the Star Lounge. I hear there are new owners that are going to do some maintenance and renovations and I sure hope they keep the rad North Star vibes we've loved for years.

We found the staff very friendly. Especially the weekend bar tender/ chef, Dan O. He was also very efficient and his bar bites were great.
Plenty of restaurants nearby and people were very friendly throughout the area.
We found the room clean but a bit dated.
The King size bed was pretty comfortable!
We would go back!
