Had an issue with our room when we checked in. Couldn't get the shade (black out) to come all the way down, so the lovely young lady at the front desk gave us another room. OOPS the ac was not up to par. I was given a key to check out another room before we moved from the first room. Great room on the 3rd try. Hey, things happen. This was not the end of the world, just a little adjustment. It was the weekend, so maintenance was not available to fix the issue in our first room. We were moved to a different room. Problem solved. Room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. Good stay, nice staff with a good breakfast. It's always a good idea to check out your room when you first arrive. Because at good hotels, the staff will generally fix whatever the issue is, if given a chance. I will stay here again.
