We booked a family suite as it was 2 adults and one child as Expedia says 16 years old is still a child. When we came to book in the female told us she was not a child and it’s only a room for 2 people. I don’t know if it is a screw up with Expedia or them but it was not as I was trying to make them lose money, I paid for the extra person and pictures on the site showed 2 beds. She was very rude to us kept telling me no. Eventually she rolled her eyes and just handed me the keys. One of us had to sleep on the floor. The male at reception was very nice though. Always greeted us and lots of smiles. The room was great, hot water lots of water pressure and very clean. Great view of 5th ave and only noisy till about 11:45 from nearby bars. I would only book this as 2 people per room to avoid the bad experience checking in because this was actually a lovely place to stay.

Super convenient to go and walk around, but there was no parking anywhere near and nothing is marked or has signs. The bed was clean thankfully the rest of the room wasn’t. The bathroom was full of mould and was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and in the shower. I got what I paid for and had a wonderful time and a safe spot to sleep
