The two ladies that hosted “Happy Hour” were wonderful. We don’t drink but we did go down for hors d’oeuvres. These two ladies were friendly, inviting and very helpful. Did I mention generous!?!
One of the evening front desk staff was less than enthusiastic when she had to leave the back office and put her personal phone call down to answer a question for me. One of which she basically blew off and offered no resolution. She was extremely rude however I do want to point out that she was the only one. Everyone else was wonderful.
