10 / 10Eccezionale·nov 2023
Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no windows in the room. The staff were fantastic and we even stayed an extra night. It was so convenient to everything in downtown Penang.
