Best part was the guest service. Staff would open and close entrance doors and stand by the elevator.

Just a great Hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great gym, and really good location near the Ayala Mall complex. I’ve been to Manila many times, overall this hotel is the first that doesn’t feel like I’m in Asia.
