They did not clean our room after the first night we stayed, which means we had no coffee for the next morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in my pajamas and get some. We asked them if they had a shuttle. They said no.And even though there were several options, they didn't give us any ideas about finding a shuttle, very unhelpful. They could have said, oh, you can catch one right outside. There was no conditioner in the bathroom... It was empty. Other than that it was wonderful.

When I go to Orlando, I always choose this hotel. It’s right on IDrive and walking distance to a lot of things. I like that there’s a place to sit and hang out that’s not the main bedroom and you can separate the two with the door. I love having the full size fridge and options to cook in your room if you want to! It’s always clean and I’ve never had any issues!
