Having to pay for WI FI is like 20 years ago.
A. B and B where breakfast is not supplied unless you let them know the day before and have to also pay extra is inconvenient?
Other than that a great property nice and quiet.

Beautiful house and view

We were downstairs in the Ulysses Room which was a beautifully finished but dark with absolutely no views. The large large double entrance doors at the foot of the bed were unusual.
There appears to be little or no noise insulation from the wooden floors above, allowing noise from movement of guests above.

"Great quiet area in Atherton, easy drive down to the main town. Nestled on the side of a hill had a great view from the balcony."
