Very helpful staff great service. The hotel itself was fine but it was a bit noisy because you’re literally next to the train tracks and also on the approach track of Itami airport but noise reduces during the late night so it’s no so bad. Useful location if you want to stay near Shin Osaka station to take the Shinkansen quickly.

Budget hotel with just a few minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka station. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was very clean and spacious. Many amenities available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was complimentary breakfast every morning. Love this hotel!

Friendly staff at the reception. The room we were in was a bit noisy with the train running but the room itself was clean and comfortable! Location was also very convenient.
