This is a joy of a hotel! Extremely welcoming and with comfortable areas to sit, read and socialize. Breathtaking views from the bedroom and patio. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accomodating. Hotel was spotless, the food and wine was superb. Bus stop outside of the hotel was very convenient for access to Centro Storica of Perugia (quick and cheap).
All in all, a perfect stay.

Beautiful property with on-site restaurant and sweeping views of the district overlooking Perugia. Room was modern and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Made to order breakfast with local ingredients.

Tasty breakfast, and beautifully designed common areas and room. Lovely design features throughout the hotel along the lines of sustainability and repurposing items of furniture had been well executed. Food was all local.
