Recently renovated room, very functional and tidy.
10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station West exit, many restaurants and shops, but far less crowded area than the East side.
Very friendly hotel staff.
Always-open convenience store at the ground floor, very useful.

The hotel is under renovations (Sept 2026) so be aware there may be minor inconveniences, but the staff were great. None of the maintenance work interrupted my stay or caused a nuisance. The staff went out of their way to make special accommodations and minimize the impact. For the price this was an excellent stay and the breakfasts was quite enjoyable. I highly recommend the grilled chicken dish. Also very convenient location to Shinjuku station. They also have a very conveniently locker and baggage storage system so you can drop your bags before or after check in.
