We only chose this hotel because the hot tub and laundry availability. The hot tub was out of service and the washing machine did not work.
Christy, the front desk person was kind and empathetic. We had just driven ten hours through rain and we're exhausted. She treated me with great respect when I broke down crying at check in. We will stay again specifically because of her.
The place is very nice and the breakfast was wonderful.
