Loved this place. Super convenient location from Roma Termini, great restaurants within walking distance. Loved the breakfast at the close by cafe.

This is a room with bathroom in a shared area (kitchen and dining) in a big house. There is another room with other guests. It is located on the fourth floor. You are given a key and total independence. A two blocks from the Metro and just a few more from the train station. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop around the corner. In general, nice stay, nice room, very old building and the area is filled with souvenirs stores. Far away from the center. Once you know your basics you move around nicely. To open the door to the apartment you need a crash course cause it’s tricky. Our host was pacient and taught us how to use it. The shower is great. TV not so much. Recommendable!

Fantastic property! A 2 to 3 min walk from Roma Termini train station (no dragging your bags thru the streets of Rome!). Food/Bar options within a block of the location. A very pleasurable 15 min walk to the Colosseum. Our room with king bed and single twin worked perfectly for the three of us. Very quiet location. Mario was in constant communication and a pleasure to interact with. Everything worked/was as described in the listing. The A/C worked perfectly!! A lot of care was put into our stay by the property. Would definitely stay there again. Grazie mille Mario!!!!!! Perfetto!
