Yes the rooms are small but excellent staff and great amenities make things more pleasant. Free breakfast and free happy hour on evenings are a definite plus.

Great breakfast, great location with metro + JR and river nearby for cycling / running up to Tokyo Bay.

This is our second time staying at this property. Pretty much next-door to a JR station., which means you’re close enough to the major tourist attractions without staying within the chaos. We’ll stay there again on our next trip to Tokyo.
